Global Paws provides additional financial support to safeguard your pet’s journey in case of unexpected events. While the likelihood of needing this support is minimal, it offers peace of mind to our valued customers, ensuring that their cherished pets receive the best care and financial protection with reduced liability.
Pet Protection Plan includes:
Veterinary Fees:
- Coverage up to ZAR 10,000.00
- This covers emergency treatment for illness or injury during transit. Please note that pre-existing health conditions must be disclosed to us before your pet’s travel date.
Replacement Value:
- Coverage up to ZAR 10,000.00
- Provided in the unfortunate event of your pet’s death due to accident, illness, or injury during transit. This coverage also extends to the replacement value if your pet is lost or stolen during transit.
Emergency Repatriation and Quarantine Cover:
- Coverage up to ZAR 10,000.00
- If your trip is cancelled due to a family emergency (such as death or serious illness) while your pet is in transit, Global Paws will contribute up to ZAR 10,000.00 towards repatriating your pet to you. This also includes covering any quarantine or boarding fees that may be incurred.
