Personalized Travel Planning & Compliance

expand

The pet travel process can take anywhere from 1 to 7 months, depending on the destination country’s regulations and your pet’s readiness. Requirements such as vaccinations, blood tests, and paperwork must be carefully timed. Our consultants will guide you through every step, providing a detailed Travel Timeline and Itinerary. We strongly advise contacting us as early as possible to avoid delays.

Pet-Friendly Flight Arrangements

expand

Our team selects the safest and most comfortable flight routes for your pet, considering airline policies and transit conditions. Flights for pets can only be booked 10-21 days in advance, so early consultation is key for a stress-free experience.

Travel Crates: Safety & Comfort First

expand

We offer both wooden and plastic IATA-compliant travel crates, ensuring the highest safety standards. If you prefer to use your own crate, we’ll verify its compliance with airline and IATA regulations.

Our Traveller Comfort Pack includes:

  • Custom-made crate bedding designed for comfort during travel
  • Calming products to reduce stress
  • Guidance in early crate training, including optional support from our dog behaviourist

Emergency Support & Global Network

expand

With over 30 years of experience, we work closely with a web of affiliated IPATA agents worldwide, ensuring smooth transitions at every step. Our 24-hour emergency line is available for urgent concerns. Additionally, our CareTags system helps track your pet’s journey, offering peace of mind throughout the process.

Key Veterinary Preparation Guidelines

  • Microchips must be implanted before or on the same day as the rabies vaccination.
  • Vaccinations must be recorded and administered accurately by a registered veterinarian in your pet’s vaccination booklet.
  • Do not draw blood for the TITRE rabies blood test less than 31 days after the last rabies vaccination.
  • Ensure accurate completion of all blood test submission forms, carefully checking dates and microchip numbers to avoid costly reprints or retesting.
