Born in Santiago, Chile, Jorge Andrés has always had an extraordinary connection with animals. Before he could even speak, he recognized them by name, and his fascination only deepened with time. Unlike most children, Jorge didn’t just observe animals—he communicated with them, mimicking their behaviours and learning their language. His early interactions, from chasing kangaroos to forming bonds with zoo animals, laid the foundation for his lifelong journey into animal behaviour

Jorge’s passion for understanding animals has taken him across 17 countries, where he’s worked hands-on with wildlife, from lions and crocodiles in Mozambique’s Gorongosa National Park to conservation projects in South Africa.

But no matter where his journey led, one thing remained constant—his deep connection with dogs. Over the years, Jorge has worked with dogs of all temperaments, breeds, and behavioural challenges, developing a unique, instinct-driven approach that goes far beyond traditional training.

Jorge doesn’t believe in strict obedience training or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, his work is rooted in true animal communication, using body language, energy, and leadership to create lasting change. He teaches dog owners how to step into the role of a confident leader—respected, not feared.

Major’s Transformation – from Reactive to Remarkable

When Major, a 1.5-year-old dog, first came under Jorge’s care, his behavior was anything but manageable. Once an adorable puppy, he had grown into a highly reactive and dominant young adult. He attacked other dogs, chased moving objects, and charged at animals, strangers, and even his own family’s cats. Inside the home, he scratched at doors when ignored, barked excessively, growled over his food, and jumped on visitors. He even became overly hyper and nippy with children, making everyday life a challenge for his owners.

Understanding the seriousness of Major’s behavior, Jorge welcomed him as a guest, determined to help him regain balance and guide him into a more stable state of mind.

The Turning Point

Through focused leadership, trust-building, and structured rehabilitation, Jorge worked intensely with Major, ensuring that his energy was properly directed and his mindset shifted. By the end of the week, Major had already made incredible progress.

One of the biggest tests of his transformation came during an outing to a bustling Country Craft Market, filled with people, children, unfamiliar vendors, and other dogs—previously a chaotic environment for him. Instead of reacting with aggression or anxiety, Major walked calmly through the crowds, responding to Jorge’s guidance with confidence and control.

A New Beginning

Now back home, Major’s family has witnessed a remarkable change in his behavior. He is more balanced, respectful, and in tune with his surroundings. While his journey isn’t over, the foundation has been set for lasting change, and his owners are committed to reinforcing his new mindset.
