Choosing the Right Size:
Selecting the correct kennel size is essential to ensuring a positive crate training experience for your pet. Our kennels come in a range of sizes, from small to giant, designed to accommodate most dog breeds. But why is the right size so important? Imagine your pet trying to stand, turn around, or lie down in a kennel that’s too small—uncomfortable, right?
To find the perfect fit, start by measuring your dog from the top of their head to the floor, and from the tip of their nose to the base of their tail. Ideally, the kennel should be 7.5 to 10 cm taller and longer than your pet, providing enough space for them to stand fully, turn around with ease, and lie down comfortably. If the kennel is too small, your pet will feel cramped; if it’s too large, they might even use the extra space as a bathroom.
