We are a professional and caring company that will help you to relocate your dogs, cats and other family pets to your new home… either in another country or another city within South Africa.

We take care of the entire pet moving process & your pet’s travel arrangements:

We will guide you through complicated country requirements and airline restrictions
We will check your pet’s paperwork and provide detailed veterinary time schedules
We will book your pet’s flight and provide you with the airline approved travel crates
We will transport your pets in our branded and air-conditioned vehicles
We will communicate with you regularly on the status of your pets while in our kennels
Additionally we provide Traveller Comfort Pack & Pet Protection Plan to ease the journey of your pets

Besides local animal transportation within South Africa or Global pet relocation services we are also able to assist with the import of pets into South Africa and surrounding SADC countries. If your pet is transiting through South Africa we are able to arrange onward flights to all African and other international destinations and manage all your pet transit requirements.

Our Services

Global Paws was born in 1989 and since then we have shipped over 50 000 pets all over the world and in South Africa.

Currently we have offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town with a combined team of 27 pet lovers who are dedicated to making sure that your pets’ journey is effortless for you and a joyous reunion event for them.

Our company motto is: HOME IS WHERE YOUR PET IS. Every decision we make is based on this statement as we honestly believe that a pet completes a family. Every day we send or receive pets, either from international or local destinations, and see that the reunion with beloved furry friends is a very emotional and rewarding event for both the pet and its family. We are and will always be happy to take part in this unique experience.
